In the olive state no more than 2 weeks ago, it has the color of deep green algae & the viscosity of 60WT motor oil. We are aware that we are using less than food friendly descriptors, but you get the point. It is the deepest color green you will ever see in an olive oil, and it will cling to bread & greens & vegetables like nothing you have experienced.
