The Strianese company is a great producer of DOP (Denominazione di Origine Protetta) and organic tomatoes. We have been using their products in our kitchen and in our homes for many years. This fresh, organic strained tomato puree is a perfect back drop for all your seasonings - be it in tomato sauce, braises or soups. It's lighter than tomato sauce and without the chunky texture of peeled plum tomatoes.
