Our entire store inventory is not available to view online.  However, in most cases we can add store items that are not yet on the website to your online order.  Just add special requests in the Instructions & Additions field at check out just above where you input your name.  This includes deli, grocery & wine!  We will add them to your order!

 

shipping cost

 

Viewed shipping costs are close estimates based on package weight/dimensions, destination location and desired speed of arrival.  Final shipping cost is determined from negotiated UPS rates based on the aforementioned factors when we package your order.

 

packaging

 

Our deli items are always cut and wrapped to order by our expert staff.  Each piece is a true original – because of this, items may be slightly over or slightly under what you ordered.  The exact price of your hand cut or portioned items will be determined after they are weighed.  Just like shopping in our store, you will only be charged for what we put on the scale!  100% of our packaging material is recyclable or compostable!  Perishables & Semi-Perishables are packed with biodegradable/recyclable insulation and reusable, drain-safe/recyclable ice packs.  Non-perishables are protected with corrugated cardboard & paper fill. If perishables and non-perishables are ordered together, we ship them together as perishable.

 

Tracking

 

When we finish packing your order and print a shipping label, you will receive an email including your tracking number & other pieces of essential order info.  Tracking services will not be ready until FedEx picks up your order and scans it into their system.  This usually takes a few hours.  You can track your package here.  If there are any delays or complications involving your package, we’ll contact you right away.

 

how long will my order be in transit?

 

All items are shipped from our store in Seattle, WA.  All packages shipped Monday-Friday within Washington, to Northwest Oregon or to the panhandle of Idaho ship ground and arrive the next day.  For destination zip codes outside these areas, please see the map below to get an idea of UPS ground transit time.  Transit times do not factor in weekend days. Semi-Perishable items can be shipped ground, or 2 Day Air if the destination falls within the 2 day transit area and the arrival day does not conflict with weekend delivery limitations.  Perishable items shipping to zip codes outside the next day ground area must ship UPS First, Priority or Standard Overnight – these will be your only options at checkout.

We guarantee all of our products, and if for any reason you or the recipient are not completely satisfied with your order, please call us at (206) 622-0141  ext 1  or email us at info@delaurenti.com within 48 hours of receipt.  We will promptly refund your money, re-ship or replace your order, or make any other arrangements to uphold our promise of quality.  If there is an issue with your order, please hold on to everything you receive.  An order number or specific product information can be helpful in finding the source of the problem.  If you have any further questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call or email.
