Mission Roses 61%, 60g

Mission has been working with chocolate since 2002, first as chocolate educators with Le Cordon Bleu in Los Angeles, then as chocolatiers with their own store in Berkeley, California, and now as chocolate makers in São Paulo, Brazil. Their chocolates are the most awarded in Brazil, with 50 national and international prizes in the last 5 years. They believe the best chocolate rewards everyone in the supply chain. Their farmers receive almost 4 times more than the market price, orFair Trade pricing - they buy directly from the producer, no middle person involved.
In a delightful fusion of literature and chocolate, Roses is a new flavor inspired by Laura Esquivel's beloved novel, Like Water for Chocolate. In collaboration with Esquivel herself, the chocolate seeks to capture the rich essence of her narrative with an atmosphere that immerses visitors in the fascinating world of the novel. Each piece channels the themes of the book – passion, love, and magic – and was created to transport you directly to the heart of Esquivel's Mexico.
