You will be able to focus on all the other things on your list while still getting to enjoy the end result! They make their products just like you would - with no excess sodium, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives in the table of contents. This demi-glace is made in the old world tradition from brown stock and Sauce Espagnole. Use one part Demi-Glace Gold to four parts hot water to make a classic demi-glace. Just bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and whisk until completely dissolved. It couldn't be easier to have classic French demi-glace at your disposal!
