Robin Wehl Martin first opened the doors of her beloved cookie shop, Hello Robin, in 2013. For years, her homemade cookies had been famous among her friends (she’d won a few local cooking prizes, too) when Molly Moon-Neitzel urged her to open a store. Since then, her vision has grown one cookie at a time. A staple on Seattle’s Capitol Hill, Robin opened her second location at University Village in 2020.
