The collection takes you on a journey through the unique culinary traditions and rare ingredients of four vital ecosystems in tropical South America: the Amazon rainforest, Andes mountains, Pacific coast, and Galapagos Islands. These expertly crafted dark chocolates have a 65% cocoa content and are infused with an array of unique flavorings.

The Andean Mint series captures the essence of the Andes region’s medicinal mints, while the Rainforest Nuts collection highlights exotic nuts like baru and sacha inchi. In contrast, the Malva bar has a potent floral bouquet. Not to be missed are the Salprieta, a chocolate bar featuring the eponymous Ecuadorian condiment, and the Caramelized Pop Amaranth, which offers a beautiful combination of textures. The Orange with Salt bar blends confit orange peel and Galapagos salt, and lastly a bar for the daring – the Amazonian Ants bar derives its hint of citrus from lemon ants…yes, ants.
