These gluten-free cookies are made with 40% Piedmont hazelnuts, egg white, sugar, cocoa, and vanilla. Crunchy and light, this is a flourless cookie that tastes like a chocolate brownie on a cloud. Perfect with a glass of cold or steamed milk or with a caffe latte.

    Bachan’s Gluten Free Japanese BBQ Sauce: Ok, not Italian, but a seriously important sauce! This staff favorite is made with tamari rather than traditional soy sauce, and you wouldn’t know the difference. It is what you want to drizzle over your rice bowl with grilled vegetables, whatever meat you had the night before and a fried egg. It’s great as a condiment and fantastic as a quick marinade!
