Bonomi Lady Fingers, 500g

The Bonomi family has been baking delicious breads and confections since 1850. Often used as an accompaniment to ice-cream, custards and coffee, lady fingers are long, thin cookies designed to turn spongy when soaked in liquor or covered with ice cream. Most notably, they are the critical ingredient in tiramisu - the famous italian dessert consisting of ladyfingers soaked in espresso, mascarpone, liquor and cocoa powder.
