Everything that Leslie Mackie creates tastes really good. It's a gift, and fortunately the greater Seattle area has been able to enjoy this gift for the last 20 years. This is her version of a classic French baguette. The interior is soft and chewy, with a crisp, hearty crust. The end is perfect to eat while walking to your car, the rest can be enjoyed in all the ways really good bread should be.
