Family-owned Nielsen Massey has been crafting fantastic vanillas since 1907. This delicate vanilla is cold-extracted to preserve its more than 300 different flavor compounds. It's flavor profile is often described as floral and fruity with hints of anise and cherry. Since it is very susceptible to heat, it's recommended this only be used in cold applications. Add to refrigerated and frozen desserts, pastry creams, smoothies, shakes, puddings and custards.
